Though I have images of the actual records, I was not the photographer.
Some baptisms performed in the U.S. are listed in these records.
People may be listed by their given and middle names. This does make it more difficult to locate people if you don't know their middle names. I can only suggest that you search using a parents' name, though sometimes their middle names are also included.
Some of the baptismal records contain the marriage dates of the parents, as well as the children and some contain the names of grandparents and great- grandparents.
In Volume I, the priest sometimes listed two names for the infant. We could not be sure if these were twins or if the infant had a given and middle name because the priest did not indicate this.
Make sure to look at the bottom of each indexed page for notes specific to that volume.
Remember that the spelling of surnames did not settle down until the mid to late 1800s. So keep this in mind when you search for a surname, be flexible.
Without the following volunteers these indexes would not be here: Mary Ache, Kathy Folk, Janet George, Carol Prorok, Sharon Turnas and Jean-Claude Zytka.
